This role comes as part of our mission to support health awareness and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, making it easier for customers to make informed decisions about their medications and helping them achieve the best possible treatment outcomes.
The department also responds to inquiries from pharmacy students across all social media platforms.
Our services also include obtaining approvals for insurance forms via WhatsApp, directing patients to the nearest pharmacy branch, and delivering medications to patients within Zarqa and Shafa Badran.
