Training Instructor
Key Responsibilities
The Training Instructor is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for employees, aiming to develop their skills and enhance their professional competencies in alignment with the organization’s standards and policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop training content in accordance with approved training plans from the Training Department.
- Deliver training courses and workshops for both new and existing employees.
- Assess training needs in coordination with different departments.
- Monitor trainees’ performance and evaluate the impact of training programs.
- Continuously develop and update training materials.
- Prepare periodic reports on training outcomes and submit them to management.
- Ensure the implementation of operational policies and procedures during training sessions.
- Organize training schedules and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Contribute to the development of annual training plans.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any related field (depending on training focus).
Skills
- Strong presentation and delivery skills.
- Ability to design and develop professional training materials.
- Effective communication and group management skills.
- Ability to assess performance and measure training outcomes.
Experience
- Previous experience in training or HR development is preferred, preferably within pharmacies or retail sectors.
